8 HOUR MEETING SPECIAL OFFER
as from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (on Fridays up to 4 p.m.)

This special offer consists of the following:

In the morning:    

coffee/tea available in the plenary room including biscuits or cake

Lunch:        

at approximately at noon an extensive lunch Dutch style including soup and a hot dish is provided

In the afternoon:  

coffee/tea in the plenary room

You will have a workshop case and a flip-over to use in the room. Iced water and peppermints can also be found on the table and every participant will be given a pad and notebook

Costs:        € 26,00 per person, excluding room rental

There is also a small fridge available in the room with a range of soft drinks. Each bottle is priced at € 2,00.

The above prices and arrangements include VAT and apply from 1 January 2012 up to and including 30 December 2012.
