Our pub serving food has been transformed in an attractive brasserie. The brasserie has its own name now that comes from shipping as is the case with all rooms in Zwartewater Hotel.

The menu of Brasserie In 't Vooronder will provide a selection of our familiar dishes but also will regularly include new specialities with fish and meat. Dishes that are linked to the seasons such as lamb and asparagus in spring, mussels in summer, game dishes in autumn and Dutch fare in winter will also be included on the menu.
